Job Summary: The Revenue Allocation Rep assists in accurately applying revenue related transactions to applicable accounts while adhering to set processes and maintaining set productivity and accuracy standards. Including, but not limited to, posting charges, payments, adjustments, and refunds on all applicable accounts. Maintains data quality and integrity. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality, promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization, and fostering a professional, positive work environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
· This position holds no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Accurately applies ICD-10, CPT and HCPC codes to patient accounts ensuring data entered matches the control data provided.
· Accurately applies applicable payments and adjustments to patient accounts ensuring data entered matches the control data provided and staying within set company standards.
· Applies applicable refund adjustments to patient accounts ensuring data entered matches the control data provided.
· Assists in accurate and timely revenue allocation on all patient accounts.
· Assists in timely retrieval of all necessary data needed for accurate revenue allocation.
· Assists in balancing between the controls provided and the medical billing system on a daily basis.
· Completes daily and/or monthly system closure as needed.
· Assists in managing the daily Revenue Allocation process for assigned clients and communicates any issues/delays to the Advanced Revenue Allocation Representatives
· Stay up to date on current coding requirements.
· Work to set and achieve monthly S.M.A.R.T goals.
· Ensure productivity standards are met.
· Ensure Client KPI’s are met.
· Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least two years related experience preferred.
