Job Description
The Executive Assistant has the primary role of providing high-level administrative support to the Executives of the company. This role will also focus on managing internal department arrangements for related department H.R Purchasing, company taxes accountant and distribution. Communication skills are highly recommended for this position.
Specific duties and responsibilities of this position includes:
Maintaining working environments, settle bills and payments, communicate with the internal company department such as H.R, Purchasing, IT departments, any related affiliate partners accountants,
Duty hours
Mon to Friday between 10am to 7PM 9 hours per days
- Payroll processing and preparing skills also reports requires
- Any bachelor’s degree related to business management or administration.
- Fluent MS word, excel, power points, skills
- knowledge working and processing governmental departments and paper works
- H.R skills experience is highly recommended
- Willing to work at the office and present to the government offices and bank related duties
- web survey for the information and any researching for purchasing necessary items for office.
- hiring posting or sending a letter to the related parties
- receiving Items or documents behalf of the company itself.
Posting salary is Net pay, taxes will be shoulder by the company.
Working area is Makati area
