JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
> A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing ( Registered Nurse )
> 1-2 years experience in bedside care in Hospital Settings
> Good in oral & written communication skills
> Team player
> Proficient in computer, MS Office Programs
> Willing to work on night shift schedule
RESPonSIBILITIES :
Healthcare Virtual Assistants (HVA) conducts administrative tasks to assist healthcare providers. The overall purpose of a HVA is to take care of all the other responsibilities that the client requires in relation to documentation and processing within the client's scope of patient care documentation and all that is required. This, in turn, allows the healthcare providers the time to focus on the practice and patients.
Under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, with a wide variety of administrative tasks as the focus, these can include some but not limited to:
Manage the practice calendar by scheduling appointments in advance and sending appointment reminders with upcoming visits. All information needs to be tracked and recorded for each patient to build an accurate medical history for future diagnosis. Clearing out emails and dealing with queries that are admin related, such as real time document transcripts when the healthcare visits take place or Live In-Room Charting. Completing the paperwork for claims. To ensure to the best of your abilities to meet the client requirements.
