Job Description
The Sales Team Associate is responsible for delivering service and new business development and opportunities to our key customers. You will work alongside a team leader and internal team to make presentations, market data, and proposals. The Sales team Lead must continue to develop knowledge of the services that are being offered to meet sales targets and achieve growth. They also need a working knowledge of the environment and competition in the industry to effectively implement their sales strategy. Duties and Responsibilities:Generate sales, develop new leads and businesses for an assigned territory through market research and referrals.Maintain ongoing pipeline through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing.Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.·Maintain and upsell current clients for additional services to health facilities, Recruitment process automation, sourcing, and permanent hire assistance.Communicate effectively by forwarding contact information of facility/nurse manager to business development workforce team member for follow up and getting a contract in placeCollaborate with Sales Team to work in customizing contracts and present to make a successful offerInteract with client over the phone to gauge customer service. Investigate issues and review the services provided to detect concerns and areas for improvement or possible competition.·Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities.Apply internal sales tools, research, and development of sales reportsDeliver sales presentations, market data, and custom proposals to a range of prospective clientsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field2 or more years of experience in sales is required in this positionExcellent sales skills, possess a strong customer-centric mentality, and has the passion and mindset for customer service·Strong leadership skills to understand the project, business development, and ability to provide coachingExperience in networking, cold calling, and lead generationThe ability in sourcing and advance leads to the sales process/contract and the ability to close contract in a professional and timely mannerHas experience working as a Sales Agent, Financial Advisor, Sales Coach, and Team Leads in the following industries:o  SALES o  BPO o  HEALTHCARE o  INSURANCENeed to be able to communicate all aspects of the sales operation to managers and team membersExcellent English communication skills, both written and oralStrong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.Amenable to work on a shifting or graveyard schedule.Possesses good and positive working attitudeCan work from home and has available tools/machines and stable internet connectionWork from home in the meantime until further notice
