Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.Licensure is a plus but is not required.Preferably HACCP Certified/Practitioner is advantageWith at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Menu and Product Development and or Store Operations and Manufacturing Plant.With experience in Manufacturing including process development and scale up.Intermediate Knowledge on Technical Approach: Sensory evaluation/Analysis, Physico-Chem & Microbial Analysis.Intermediate background of equipment evaluation/application and Store Operations. With Project Management and Control experience. Proficient with oral and written communication skills. Food Safety and Serve Safe Certified/Practitioner.Willing to be assigned in Sta Maria, Bulacan.
