REQUIREMENTS
- With at least 2 year(s) of working experience in a tech support/IT or business (finance, management, accounting) related position with the same job responsibilities is required.
- With Accounting and IT background/experience (Does not need "degree" in accounting/IT
- Requires the professional speaking ability and exceptional English. A pleasant and neutral phone voice is a must. Communicates professionally and sounds corporate on the phone.
- Must be adaptable to dealing with various types of clients, capable of handling difficult people, and decisive in handling client concerns
- Must have keen attention to details and be well organized
- Experience and understanding of the capital market industry, financial market data or quantitative/algorithmic trading is an advantage but not required
- Must have a strong and stable internet connection (Cost will be covered by the firm as operational cost)
RESPONSIBILITIES
May include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for providing remote assistance involving day-to-day operations
- Drafting emails and handling business communications
- Interfacing with clients effectively, including taking video conferences and calls
- online research and data collection
- Reporting and analysis
- Creative work with writing and media
- Scheduling and planning meetings and events
- Other administrative tasks and projects
