Responsibilities:

Monitor Company's import and Export ShipmentsCheck vessel arrival and schedule with the Shipping lines.Prepare Daily Shipping ReportsMonitor Agents Monthly Payment.Prepare Agent Debit Note and Request for payment.Request Certificate of Origin.Encode import Foreign Manifest in Value Added Service Provider (VASP)Follow up Billings from the Shipping Line and Consolidators.Liquidate Consolidators payment to Accounting Department.Submit Monthly Report to Civil Aeronautical Board (CAB)Submit Quarterly Report to Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (FTEB)Prepare Shipping documents for Customers or Agents for import and Export Shipments.Prepare House Bill of Lading or House Airway Bill for Export Shipments.Ensure to Handle the Day-to-Day Shipping Activities and documentation.Provide Customer Oriented Service at all times relating to specific operations.Establish Good Working Relationship with Coworkers, Vendors and more importantly with CUSTOMERS.Monitor the Shipping Activities and Status through Phone, Emails or Fax.

Requirements:

Candidate must have a background in Freight Forwarding Operations.Candidate must possess a least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration or Equivalent.Candidate must possess Customer Service Skills, Analytical Skills, Software Skills (EXCEL, WORDS, and POWER POINTS), and Communication Skills – English (Verbal and Written)1-2 years’ prior experience in operations in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
