QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related courses.At least two (2) years of related work experience in planning and schedulingGood communication and negotiation skillsMust be assertive and excellent team playerFamiliarization of the local geography is an advantageSalesforce and SAP knowledge are advantagesMust be willing to travel.
DUTIES:

nsible for all activities related to the logistics operations which includes mo
nitoring and dispatching of trucks from the plant to its customers on an hourly basis ( checking loading up to delivery)Ensure that all orders generated from Salesforce were already plotted at the Delivery Mo
nitoring sheets being used to make a plan/ schedule to be sent to the haulers.Ensure to mo
nitor truck availability through the use of GPS and calling dispatchers of each haulers.Respo
nsible in assigning trips to orders and all other pending orders generated from the previous day (s).Manage and resolve co
ncerns and inquiries of all customers and agents from time to time, making the customers informed of such delays, downtime and loading stoppage.Ensure that all orders were picked from SAP and assigned shipment numbersEnsure that all orders with the shipment numbers be transferred to the Delivery Priority Line up for the haulers to know and designate drivers to its assigned trips.Provide truck details to agents and customers (Driver’s name, Plate Number and Mobile number)Advising haulers scheduled trips of their drivers through calls, text and emailsCheck co

nitoringEnsure that the delivery details on salesforce is being updated (date and time of delivery to customer)Ensure that all required and needed docu
ments were sent to the plant (BTG and BAO) to be printed and provided to the driver assigned for a certain customer (e.g PO, PTO, etc)Ensure to assign shipment numbers to YOKOHAMA orders, asphalt orders and provide details on stock transfers (plant to plant, etc)Escalate and highlight mitigation plans on supply, demand and operations related matters to his/her direct superior.
