The Shared Service Center of Scan Global Logistics in Manila is currently looking for professionals in the freight forwarding industry who are passionate and dedicated to make the world a little less complicated.Role

Perform the daily update and execution of business processes for the Shared Service Center ensuring that standard operating procedures are completely followed.Delivers performance based on timeliness, accuracy and productivity targets

Experience and qualifications

4 year Bachelor's Degree holderAt least 1 year of professional experience in handling international ocean freight operational tasks.Knowledgeable in end-to-end freight forwarding/logistics process.Experience in CargoWise, Boxtop and HiCloud systems is a plusSolid experience from working directly with operative systems such as AS400, SAP, or similar systemsIntermediate to advance knowledge in Microsoft ExcelAble to converse and write English at a high fluencyWilling to work on weekends, graveyard shift, shifting scheduleAmenable for a hybrid work set-up
