Assistant Station Head
The Assistant Station Head - Pickups (ASH) handles the day-to-day operations of their assigned Rider team which can be related to either pick-up or Return-to-Shipper (RTS) shipments. This includes the monitoring of rider performance and efficiency rates, proper distribution of Airway Bills, and handling of internal and external client complaints.

nitor incoming and outgoing parcels and the distribution of Ninja Van pouches.Organize, print, and distribute airway bills.Coordinate with other units for issues co
ncerning pick-ups and/or RTS.Address and/or escalate customer issues and complaints to proper units.Ensure all pickup reservations and RTS shipments are routed.Screen and recommend candidates for Rider role.Orient Riders with the company mobile app for pickup and/or RTS transactions.Mo
nitor the performances of the Riders and their efficiency rates.Ensure accurate Rider timekeeping and distribution of payroll.Organize the shift schedules of the Riders to ensure that the appropriate number of staff are on duty in every given work period.Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.Promote and implement 5S, ISO, and COVID-19 Policies adherence, and instill a co
ntinuous improvement mindset.Ensure hub security measures are in place in order to protect the hub, company properties, equipment, and parcels.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have at least 2 of experience in the supply chain/logistics industryProven experience in working cross-functio
nally - proposing and executing initiatives that require multi-department collaboratio
nExperience in supervising a small teamBasic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs. Prior experience with a start-up and a logistics company is preferred but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication
