Job Description

Role:

Provides general administrative support such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel requirements to management and inter-department employees.evaluates all purchase requisitions and managing third party vendor or service providers to identify cost cutting initiatives without sacrificing quality of items.Manages overall offices upkeep covering but not limited to office maintenance, housekeeping personnel supervision, safety and security physical inspection, utility and energy management, repair and maintenance, and reportorial requirements.Manages improving asset management process but not limited to asset tagging, inventory repair and or proper disposal of damage / defective such as office equipment, furniture and fixture and other disposal items.Timely preparation, submission, and management of product registrations including follow-up of new product applications and product permit renewals.Liaise with local regulatory bodies during the product registration process and ensure completion of the registration is done timely. Maintain and track the registration status of all marketed products.Manages business permits applications and renewals of all sites and offices nationwide ensuring compliance to government regulations.Manages working permits application for foreign employees.Monitors company vehicles nationwide to ensure insurance and registration are up to date.Drafts contracts and agreements with the company’s legal partners.Serves as a point of contact for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, billings.Develops and implements office rules by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time such as company projects and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Must have experience handling product registrations with Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and other regulatory agency permits.Excellent communication skills.Highly analytical and strong problem-solving skills.In-depth understanding of office management, legal, financial and departmental policy and procedures.
