Overvew:
The HR Associate will be responsible in managing benefits administration both for statutory and company benefits. This role will be on a fixed term contract of 6 months.

Timely submission of Employment Report (R1A and ER2) to SSS and PhilHealth.Processing of mo
nthly remittances including encoding and reco
nciling of salaries and co
ntributions against payroll.Providing Philheath certifications as necessary.Handling enrollment, claims, adn cancellation of HMO coverage.Reco
nciliation of HMO billings and payments request processing.Mo
nthly accrual in medicine acquisition.
Qualifications:
