Job Description

Overvew:

The HR Associate will be responsible in managing benefits administration both for statutory and company benefits. This role will be on a fixed term contract of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Timely submission of Employment Report (R1A and ER2) to SSS and PhilHealth.Processing of monthly remittances including encoding and reconciling of salaries and contributions against payroll.Providing Philheath certifications as necessary.Handling enrollment, claims, adn cancellation of HMO coverage.Reconciliation of HMO billings and payments request processing.Monthly accrual in medicine acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any related field/course.With at least 2 years Human Resources experience in Benefits Administration or Payroll (essential)Strong written and oral communication abilitiesPerforms well under pressure and tight timelinesMeticulous attention to detailAmenable for a 6-month fixed term contractCan work onsite if necessary in Eastwood, Quezon City
