The Legal Operations Co
ntract Administrator position will be respo
nsible for creating and submitting co
ntract packages for approval on behalf of designated hospital facilities.This role will include drafting of proposed agreements, gathering supporting docu
mentation for co
ntract terms, co
ntract administration and analysis.This position will docu
ment the negotiated co
ntract pricing, terms and co
nditions including the business strategy, and other relevant co
ntract information in the co
ntract tracking system.Ensure compliance with company policies, ensure timely renewals/renegotiations, and provide required reporting for the compliance team.This position will collaborate with legal staff to draft the final negotiated co
ntract terms, co
nditions and exhibits for each co
ntract proposal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good English communication skillsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any related field.At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in Co
ntract administration, Paralegal, Co
ntract docu
mentation or Co
ntract pricing.Must be amendable to work on a night shift and on-site
