Job Description:

Primary responsibility is to ensure that all outbound documentation and inbound receiving processing is being maintained and accurate for Non-Antipolo Cold Storage operations, directly communicating issues and other related concern to the 3PL Cold Storage.  He/She is also responsible for overseeing the operation within the assigned cold storage and shall create a weekly report to be submitted to his/her immediate superior on a timely basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle the creation and processing of Delivery Receipt for customer pickup and delivery.2. Process and create GRN for all inbound receiving.3. Ensure that all receiving documents are complete and properly check.4. Submission of receiving documents shall be on time within the SLA.5. Submission of weekly activity report to immediate superior.6. Submission of daily space pallet utilization for the guaranteed pallet position with a minimum target of 98%7. Other inbound operational activity that may be assigned by his immediate superior.

Requirements:

1. College Graduate Industrial Engineering or any business-related course2. Preferably with work 1-2 years’ experience in FMCG/ Meat Industry, cold storage facility.3. Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedule4. Can withstand +10 degrees to -18 room temperature5. Can work with minimum supervision6. Detail oriented7. Team Player-
