DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly reports to the President, TCD Manager is in charge of the two (2) Departments namely inventory and logistics: (1) Materials Section (MMS), and (2) Traffic Control Department (TCD)/ Warehouse Department.
To handle the Ordering program, Inventory Management of products. To safeguard warehouse operations and co
ntents by establishing and mo
nitoring security procedures and protocols.To oversee the maintenance, LTO registration, and other requirements of Delivery Vehicles.To source out and bring together reliable Service Providers for Vehicle Maintenance requirements, Logistics/ Trucking requirements and others.To spearhead the implementation of Good Housekeeping Purposes.To lead and train Staff for 5S Activities and Implementation for Good Housekeeping Purposes.To mo
nitor Supplies / Consumables, Spare Parts & Machines Stock Levels and Movement, and then, makes requests to purchase the stock when it reaches its RE-ORDER POINT (ROP) or if required by the Customer.To make recommendations to management for write-offs of obsolete or non-moving parts.To maintain stock position reports (SPR) for all items in MMS and TCD.To maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program operatio
nal and perso
nnel policies and procedures.Prepare mo
nthly accomplishment reports for the mo
nthly operations meeting (EXECOM) on both MMS and TCD
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics or relevant field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Proven managerial experience is a bonus.Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.Outstanding communication and leadership skills.Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.-
