Job Description:

Create statistical forecasts: - Gather, analyze and validate data; Execute statistical statistical modeling software; Review resulting statistical forecast model; apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting; summarize / aggregate statistical forecasts.Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast results.Achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing, and finance personnel - prepare relevant material to facilitate research and discussion.Provide input to volume planning (Latest Estimates / annual process) - Facilitate and manage demand planning / customer meetings; Achieve consensus with the business side and the demand chain.Maintain demand planning system and software - Enter and modify data and ensure the correctness of product hierarchy; Monitor trends in forecast error; Identify relevant market-related data and competitive intelligence.Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process.Monitoring of stocks for promo.Coordination with the Principal, submit orders and sending sales report as necessary.Monitoring of target per brandMonthly report for comparison of forecast VS actual salesValidation of forecast VS Actual Sell-in per each month per SKUs / brand.Monitoring of order and pick up until shipments have been pulled out and gated.Monitors Customer Service Levels per SKU (if this is not yet available in the system)Performs related job duties as required.

Qualification: 

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalentExperience in Demand Planning/Forecasting and/or Supply Logistics role in retail or FMCG industryWith at least 3 years as Supply and Demand Planner.Experience in S&OP ProcessOutstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills in English and FilipinoHigh proficiency in MS Office especially in MS ExcelCapable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and working under pressureCan start immediately. -
