Job Description

You will be expected to:

Qualifications:

Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (desirable)

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a PA/Team Assistant position or equivalentExperience with supporting multiple people in the Engineering industry or equivalentRelevant experience in providing administrative services, meetings, minute preparation & reportingWell- developed keyboard & computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet & email applicationsTyping speed of 70wpm with at least 98% accuracyStrong communication and interactive skills to enable professional interaction with a range of people including senior executives, other employees and clientsAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to work independently with little supervision on required tasksPromotes a cohesive work and team environment. Demonstrates a proactive work ethic and helps team out with other related activitiesStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to maintain quality of output even under times of pressure Adapts well to new situation and is calm in challenging situationsAbility to learn currently used software applications quickly
