JOB SUMMARY:

ntract packages for approval on behalf of designated hospital facilities.This role will include drafting of proposed agreements, gathering supporting docu
mentation for co
ntract terms, co
ntract administration and analysis.This position will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate capture of co
ntract terms and conditions.This position will docu
ment the negotiated co
ntract pricing, terms and co
nditions including the business strategy, and other relevant co
ntract information in the co
ntract tracking system, ensure compliance with company policies, ensure timely renewals/renegotiations, and provide required reporting for the compliance team.This position will collaborate with legal staff to draft the final negotiated co
ntract terms, co
nditions and exhibits for each co
ntract proposal.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Degree in Law / Legal or Paralegal is preferred but not required.At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Excellent English communication skillsComfortable to work on a night shift and work onsite setup
