Job Description:

Maintaining client accounts by monitoring emails.Update account status in inhouse system by data entry and uploading.Responding to internal teams if they have questions or concerns via emailProvide quick, professional, and accurate responses to client inquiriesCollect information and details regarding needed services by answering incoming calls and conducting outgoing calls to clients

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of BPO work experience is required.Excellent customer service and call-handling skillsMust be able to organize, prioritize, and use time management toolsAbility to demonstrate basic mathematical aptitudeWork location - PampangaWilling to work office based on a night shift schedule
