Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Update, cleanse, analyze and/or modify client list requests and projects (MS Excel-based) in an accurate and timely mannerTranscription of appointment details when necessaryCommunicate with clients via e-mail and telephone when the need arisesBe a positive advocate for the causes of the companyDo whatever it takes to get the job done!

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or any similar applications like LibreOffice, WPS, etc.)EXCELLENT English Comprehension and Communication Skills, both oral and writtenSTRONG Research Skills -- must have the ability to use available reference tools and exhaust all resources to ensure the accuracy of the listsCandidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in any fieldFast and smart learnerCan meet (and eventually exceed) quality, accuracy, output quantity goals and exhibit timelinessCan communicate consistently in a clear and timely manner and is articulate, especially in presenting dataVery open and positive to receiving feedbackDisplays commitment to improving performance upon completion of feedback delivery/calibration sessionsApplicants must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa with a five-day work week schedule (most employees work a Tuesday-Saturday) with most US holidays off.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees, DATA MANAGEMENT AND ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY A PLUS but not required
