The HR Operations Manager supervises the entire HR department and administers various processes – workforce development, placement, employee relations and benefits – through formulation of policies and procedures, coordination with different departments including but not limited to the organization, ensuring fulfillment and compliance to established policies.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism ratesOversees the facilitation of employee movements which include in-placements, reassignments and promotions of employees considering employee skills and career developmentAnalyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practicesDevelops and implements the company's code of conduct, departmental policies and procedures to meet the needs of the organization, to comply with legal requirements, and to promote positive employee relations.Ensures accurate payroll and benefits processing and administration services for employeesPlans and oversees the implementation of employee wellness improvement programs to help provide employees with quality of work lifeAdvises/assists line management in interpretation and application of changes in the policies/procedures, legal compliance, disciplinary and termination issuesProvides direction in the planning, design, review and management of compensation and benefits for employees within the respective sitesServes as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problemsJOB SPECIFICATIONS:Graduate of any 4-5 year course, preferably BS Psychology or other Social Sciences coursesMust be willing to work in shifts; may be assigned in the graveyard shiftMust have at least 3 years of Supervisory / Assistant Manager experience in Human ResourcesMust have above-average communications skills in written and oral English and FilipinoMust have excellent business writing skillsMust have experience in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, labor relations and labor laws / Labor CodeMust have good soft skills and diplomacy, and general understanding of diverse business environment.
