Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must have Good English Communications skills both in verbal and written.Must have completed at least 2 years in college (with no back subject; technically incoming 3rd year); or a graduate of 2-year Associate degree.Must be amenable to work in a Hybrid set-up (Blended WFH and Onsite); willing to work on shifting and graveyard schedule, work on holidays and weekends.Must have at least 25MBPS wired-plan internet co
nnection for own utilization – meaning not shared during working hours.Must have an available phone either Android or IOS with OS version 8 and above.Must be residing within Cebu province (non-island; can o

Answer inbound calls from stores and customers regarding all facets of Client Credit Card(s);Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts;Make use of problem-solving/decision-making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction;Utilize professio

nal revenue via retail, credit, and/or product marketing;Comply with over-all call quality standards;Adhere to Schedule and Time on System, follow Company Rules and Policies, especially on Time and Attendance.
