What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.Identify customer's needs, researching any existing issue in order to provide strategic solutions that will best address customer's needs while ensuring that any existing co
nfusion is clarified.Ensure first co
ntact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards.Provide co
nstructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience. Build sustainable relatio
nships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Who are we looking for?
Completed at least 2 years in college.Required 1 year BPO experience with at least 3 mo
nths of collections experience.Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).Ability to juggle both issue resolution & co
ncise communication.Amenable to work in rotating shifts.Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
