Qualifications:

College Graduate with at least 1 year experience in BPO handling any metrics driven international account.Undergraduate - at least 2 years completed in college with no back subject or 2 years Vocational Graduate with at least 1 year experience in BPO handling any metrics driven international account.Healthcare / Financial / Insurance background is advantage but not requiredMust have internet connection and willing to upgrade at least 25 mbps speedMust be fine with Hybrid Set-up (For 2 months training 2-3x RTO, after training once a week RTO) and Must be amenable to work in BGC, TaguigMust be fine with one-time payout scheme
