Job Description:

Responsible for providing support in the creation of quality pre-turnover and turnover customer experience by way of ensuring effective customer communication, timely resolution of customer requests, and proper turnover of property.

A graduate of a business, communication-related course, or a technical course (such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering) Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWork experience in a real estate company and/or customer service function is ideal for the role
