Testers / Product Samples
Oversee the total FDR process for Commercial team, which includes but not limited to:
• Send requests of FDR to AS
• Monitor timely approval of all STR raised
• Monitor delivery per schedule
• Update Sales/Retail Managers on status of delivery
• Assist Retail Manager in tracking the tester deliveries in the retail outlets
Manage the distribution of testers/product samples, ensuring the following but not limited to:
• Receiving, sorting and distribution of testers/samples to respective CDMs
• Releasing using L’Oréal’s approved acknowledgement form
• Reconciliation of all testers/product samples release
• Pick up from warehouse, for an urgent requirement as approved by BRAND
• Coordinates with Official Courier for requirements to be shipped with clearance from the
Brand Unit Head AND Sales/Retail Manager and with corresponding Acknowledgement
•Assist Commercial Operations team in managing Trade Letters, which includes the
following but not limited to:
Admin Tasks
Administer the Commercial team's travel or special meeting arrangement requirements,
including but not limited to:
• Flight booking
• Securing accommodation
• Ensure that above requirements will be process timely
• Coordinate with Purchasing team for requirements that may arise to conduct PR/PO
• Track all PR/PO to ensure timely release as required by the PO requestor/owner and
provide feedback
• Perform other administrative tasks, as required by Commercial team, including but not
limited to:
• Assists CDM's in tagging barcode for accounts with manual PO
