Day-to-day responsibilities:
Review accounts with disputed items and exhaust recovery options to avoid taking financial lossesProcess disputed items according to the association and federal government guidelinesCorrespond with cardholders, merchants, and merchant banks as part of processing dispute casesManage prepaid card negative balances, and minimize losses by utilizing chargebacksMaintain a high level of customer service while addressing customer, law enforcement, merchant, and bank requestsPerform other duties as assigned by Department Management.
Ideal Candidates have:
With at least1 year BPO Experience Handling Financial Account (have worked with a banking institution or program, credit/debit card disputes, financial technology, mobile banking, digital banking, etc.) is an advantageAverage English communication skillsCandidates must have a high level of analytical/critical thinking skills and keen attention to detailsMust be willing to work in BGC, Taguig CityMust be willing to work on shifting schedules
