Job Description
Responsibilities:Understand the day-to-day issues that our client’s business encounters, which can be better understood with dataEstablishing a strong, collaborative relationship with multiple Banking Operations programs and ensure there is alignment on key timelines, roadmaps, and goalsDevelop approaches to clear visualizations to convey complicated data in an easily understandable mannerCreating various dashboard views and workbooks - including highly custom visuals and reports that will require extensive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and Google Data Studio - for internal account teams and clients to contribute to internal and external reporting deliverablesOperate as a cross team liaison & work independently or collaboratively with strong time management and organizational skillsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree holder3+ years of data analysis experiencePractical experience with Tableau or Salesforce, and a working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing conceptsStrong skills with Microsoft Suite and Google SuiteStrong technical skills, particularly with Data Visualization ToolsStrong written and verbal communication skills (both professional and technical)Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology is a plusPreferred Qualifications:Data Storytelling - Experience in developing data driven business solutions that drive business outcomesAnalytics - Ability to interpret and integrate different data types to uncover insights and areas of opportunity Communication - Awareness of different cultural contexts when working across marketsCustomer Service - Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and being able to manage priorities and negotiate resources to deliverLeadership - Ability to develop junior team members, coaching and mentoring and ability to give feedback clearly, if necessary
