nship with our Housekeepers. It’s fun, interesting, and varied. No two problems are the same. So, you’ll take full ownership of issues and will be empowered to fix every issue, first time, every time. You’ll work fast and effectively to make sure that we respond to customers and Housekeepers enquiries quickly.You'll be flexible to work on mid- night shifting schedules, with mo

The Candidate
Background
You’ll be educated to a college level.You’ll have 3+ years experience in customer service.You’re looking to build a long term career with Housekeep; so, we love candidates with a stable job history. You’ll have experience of working with email, chat, and phone.It’s a plus to have experience of working with UK customers. Also, experience of working for a marketplace service is a plus.You’ll be tech savvy and experience of working with Zendesk is a plus.
