JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) is responsible for the processing of New Accounts and other related services following bank regulations implementing guidelines, control procedures as well as BSP circulars related to all phases of new accounts operations. The CRA reports directly to the Branch Cashier and helps in cross-selling bank products and services to help achieve the branch’s Key Business Targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor Degree Holder in any business-related course.With Good Service Quality Management skills, interperso
nal and customer relations, persuasiveness, and marketing skills.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Words, Power Point and Excel).Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyApplicants must be willing to be assigned in Makati City.
