This sales advisor role involves working onsite on a premier account in a fun and lively atmosphere. The expectations of the job include a combination of applied skills, handling inbound calls for a technical suite of offerings. Calls can range from customers who are calling directly for help placing a product or service order, but more often, the callers are seeking assistance with their account, with their system or with an issue. The sales advisor will first address the caller’s immediate needs and the probe through conversation what additional products and services the customer could benefit from. He/she will also have a key responsibility to retain customers who call to cancel services by sharing the value of products/services to the customer and helping to reinforce the original need. Sales advisors will have daily, weekly and monthly performance targets both attaining their own performance and helping the team with the overall goals.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW about THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
• Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
• Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
• Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT FOR THE POSITION IF YOU:
• Have at least six (6) months BPO experience
• Have good English communication skills
• Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Have superb computer skills
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
• Are willing to work in Eastwood
