I. Principal Purpose of Job (Job Summary)
The Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests or clients, assisting in their inquiries and endorsing them to the proper destination, handles the booking of meetings, The Concierge provides support in other CSMD and HR Recruitment functions.
II. Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Greet visitors entering the company, determines the nature and purpose of the visit, assist and direct them to the proper staff or specific destinations;
2. Answer telephone calls, screen calls, forward calls and redirect calls as appropriate, take adequate messages when required, and provide information regarding the company and scheduled appointments;
3. Schedules and arranges blocking of schedules of meeting rooms, conference rooms, board rooms, and projectors from the IT Team as needed;
4. Coordinates repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of office equipment i.e. telephones, PABX, computers and peripherals, air-cons, and office furniture;
5. Performs Receiving Report for all purchases e.g., equipment, office supplies, and other consumables;
6. Receives, sorts, and distributes mails and deliveries;
7. Maintains necessary files, sorts and retrieves documents and records as necessary;
8. Transmit information or documents to customers using telephone communication, e-mail (as needed), and skype;
9. Monitors the use of supplies and equipment;
10. Receives and sorts Meralco (unturned over units) and Communication bills;
11. Assists applicants and provide application forms;
12. Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
13. Any other task to assist CSMD as needed.
