What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client's B2B customers.Support advertising customers and deliver co
nsultative support.Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
Completed at least 2 years in college.With at least 2 years of cumulative BPO experience handling voice, email, chat, and technical support.Can support multiple co
ncurrencies (email, phone, and chat).Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Amenable to working in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts).Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
