What is your mission?

As a Customer Support Ambassador, you will be working with our Largest online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.

Who are we looking for?

HS Graduate (Old & New Curriculum)With at least 2 years of solid BPO experience (international voice account)At least 1-year blended account experience (voice, chat & email)Strong verbal and written English communication skillsPositive, self-motivated, and energeticAmenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)Can work in IT Park, Cebu City
