Job Description:

Answering phones and frequently asked questionsIn charge of patient schedulingIn charge of texting patients for their appointmentsOverseeing and coordinating daily patient flow of the DoctorPerforms administrative and secretarial dutiesUpdating database and filesFiling and organization of front desk / office areaMaintaining office suppliesKeeping the reception area neat and tidy at all timesAs a first point of contact, alert the management of any incidences that may pose a security risk to the officer, staff, and clients.

Requirements:

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field, but Nursing or Physical Therapy background is an advantagePreferably with at least 1 year customer service or secretarial related work experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (ie. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)Must be reliable and trustworthyMust communicate well, and comfortable in speaking in EnglishMust have a charming and pleasant personality with a

positive attitude
