Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to queries and providing assistance for questions and problems.
• Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
• Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
• Utilizes knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries and alerts supervisor or lead worker when there is confusion or absence of information to answer particular questions.
Key Requirements:
• At least 18 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At-least 1 year complete or graduate of any field.
• Proficient in English and must have very good communications skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Familiarity on Customer Service skills and etiquette.
• Applicants must be willing to work in BGC.
