Qualification Standards
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or Psychology, Public Relations and Management or any related field in engineering/architecture.
Eligibility : Career Service Second Level Eligibility/Others/Optional
Experience Required : 2 years of relevant experience
Training Hours Required : 8 hours of relevant training
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in promoting the brand and creation of marketing and brand partnership to include spo
nsorship and organizing events and general public relations activities.Coordinates with NGA’s (TESDA, DOLE, DSWD) and NGOs for the provision of appropriate training programs to PAEs and their beneficiaries;Manages databa
se of trained beneficiaries and status or results of training undertaken by the PAEs and beneficiaries;Manages and updat
es a relatio
nship databa
se of current and potential donors;Keeps track on skills training and other related activities on alternative livelihood;Prepares skills inventory and referral of skills with market demand;Cultivates and manages o
ngoing relatio
nships with current and prospective donors;Plans events for workplace campaigns, affinity groups, and other events;Provides o
ngoing and timely do
nor recognition and appreciation;Organizes social marketing campaign for business planning and financial management;Prepares of mo
nthly status report on all livelihood activities;Participates in all meetings of PIUParticipates in community activities; andPerform other tasks relative to the position as may be assigned from time to time.
