Paid Ads AuditorKey responsibilities for this role includes:Create comprehensive reports on the company's Paid Advertising initiatives.Conduct competitor analysis to recommend new initiatives to explore for better Paid Advertising success.Conduct market research and recommend ad segmentations for better ROAS.Identify focus market, product, and geography segment focus areas.Suggest ad optimization based on data acquired.Core function is to audit clients' existing paid activity and provide recommendations.Where the Client does not have existing paid activity then provide a recommended approach based on factors such as client category, size, location etc.Deep knowledge of paid search engine advertising tools (Google, Bing, Yahoo) and bid management systems.Proficiency in PPC Reporting Tools and Google Analytics.Experience in rich audience design using audience segments and data.Innovative approach to digital targeting and personalization.Advanced knowledge of interactive trafficking tools such as Google CM and Google Studio.General understanding of programmatic trading. Experience trading on DV360 or other DSPs a plus.Understanding of tag trafficking and wrapping.Experience with Google attribution models and tagging an advantageStrong understanding of media planning, schedule monitoring, processing insertion orders, and working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent presentation, writing and communication skills.Knowledge of both local and global search trends.Exceptional analytical skillsSuccessful candidates must have:Years of experience: 2 - 3+ years experience in Paid media.Technology/platform experience: Google Search Console, Google ads, DV360, other related trade desks, Facebook Ads manager and similar.English writing skills test.Technical audit writing skills test.Proven team & Client Management experience.Proven platform skills test.
