Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce (i.e., Lazada/Shopee/Carousel, etc)Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExcellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Summary: 

Web and Digital Officer is responsible for revenue generation on the company’s digital platforms such as but not limited to company websites, e-commerce sites, social media accounts, newsletters, etc. Serve as the company's leading sales expert and advocate for all digital products. 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Exceed monthly online sales targets and drive digital revenues for the company.Directly supervise the digital sales team.Analyze and share performance metrics data of digital advertising efforts with sales staff, other departments, and management.Serves as the point person to collaborate & strategize with partner agencies.Work with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies for our entire digital portfolio.Content creation czar for all selling materials for digital platforms.Conduct digital sales training sessions with sales staff.Manage project budgets and deadlines.
