Responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of major marketing projects concerning: promotions, branding/image building, publicity, customer relationship management, advertising and concessionaire/store concerns.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PROJECT CONCEPTUALIZATION
Develops comprehensive co
ncept paper, work plan and budget for assigned project.
2. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Distributes and mo
nitors all merchandising collaterals and other related logistics (before and during the project)Coordinates with external and trade suppliers, concessionaires, malls, stores, Head Office personnel, government agencies, shoppers, etc.Manages project budget efficiently (i.e. solicitations, sponsorship, professio
nal fees and services.Prepares substantial and extensive summary project reports (i.e. expenses, solicitations, redemption, etc.)Collects, keeps, and disposes properly excess logistical requirements/materials.
3. OTHERS
Works hand-in-hand with the Advertising Agency to develop and produce major events and image ads.Presents and implements marketing programs including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling of work assignments.Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
