Key responsibilities:
Working collaboratively with the Head of Marketing, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
· Coordinating advertising and marketing strategies to increase engagement, drive
traffic and grow our B2B audience
· Management of all digital channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, linkedIn, Google - both organic and paid.
· Design and implementation of EDM's and marketing automation campaigns
· Website content updates and SEO using CMS platform (HubSpot)
· Utilising personal graphic design skills to create digital and print material
· Monitoring our marketing efforts via regular reporting and post campaign analysis (using Google Analytics and other reporting tools)
· Addressing customer reviews and taking corrective action where required
· Reporting customer feedback to relevant stakeholders internally
· Market and trend analysis on competitors
Minimum 4+ years experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with BPO experience but not essential
