Responsibilities & Duties
• Advertise and promote the company's digital security products via calls
• Create and maintain proper customer information, calls, and sales records
• Perform any after call functions to complete the cycle of the call
• Attend to telephone queries from customers and direct such calls to Customer Service where necessary
• Ensure confidentiality of data in the manner and to the extent required by the Company and/or the Bank
• Ensures business handled is in line with the Company's underwriting guidelines and comply with all law, regulatory and audit requirements
• Provide feedback and suggestions on programmes handled to improve and/or enhance existing and future telemarketing programmes
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or management
• 1 to 2 years of telemarketing experience in Service industry is a plus
• Digitally proficient and MS Office Application (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High-level of initiative and service orientation
• Team player with positive attitude and pleasant disposition
• Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment to make things happen
