Job Description

Responsible for overall Sales and Marketing strategies and provides direction to the team to drive them to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

Strong business acumen and leadership backgroundExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Experience in recruitment industry will be an advantage Technology/digital marketing savvyBachelors and graduate degree required, professional certifications highly preferred.5+ years’ work experience, with strong expertise in area directing. Positive interaction with co-workers and ability to perform above expectations.

Responsibilities

Managing client business relationships, selling our business services, and negotiating business contract termsLiaise with clients to understand their business needs and expectationsProvides strategic direction, manages and oversees the overall functions and operations of Sales and Marketing departmentsDirects the strategic plans for the Sales and Marketing critical to successfully achieving company revenue and profit target. Able to improvise sales funnel and inter link with other departmentsRetention, and motivation, as well as leadership development. To ensure a high level of customer service standard is maintained well to support the business objectives.  Hires, manages, mentors, and train team members to increase their overall contribution and value to the organization-ensuring employees feel appreciated and valued at all times.
