Job Description

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field.Under grads are accepted only if with database and experience obtaining AU and NZ clientsExperience in AU and NZ Region is HIGHLY preferredMinimum of 4 years’ experience in telemarketing and/or inside salesExcellent English oral and written communication skills.Keen with details and can be the OIC Lead when TL is needing to focus on other mattersMicrosoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Responsibilities:

Developing new business via the established channels (telephone and help desk system) and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce transportation solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.Conducting research to identify potential prospects and follow up on leads.Supporting sales to improve performance, control and maintenance of their leads.Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.Working with the Manager and Sales Director to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.Assisting in writing reports and analyzing dataManaging data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements.Preparing and analyzing marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards
