Job Description

The Helpdesk/ Data Processor is responsible for addressing and monitoring the status of the various types of customer inquiries that are coursed through Customer Care (ie: inbound and outbound calls, walk-in, email, fax, SMS, etc.).

Graduate of any 4-year courseGood communication skills (Oral and Written)Preferably with atleast 1 year of experience in customer service and clerical tasksWilling to be assigned in Mandaluyong City

Salary: Php 13,000 per month
