The ROLE

As an HR Assistant, you will efficiently and effectively perform HR administrative tasks to help with the successful running of our busy and productive organisation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the performance management and review process is implemented. This would include scheduling reviews with employees, ensuring these reviews are completed, maintaining employee performance records, and generation of reports.

Full training will be provided on our systems and processes as well as continuous coaching and mentoring.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will gain new abilities and continuously develop professionally in order to perform other activities as required

Expected KPIs:

HR Administration 

Maintaining current HR files and databasesUpdating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar recordsMaintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actionsCompleting termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviewsEnsure that all employees are compliant with the company policies and procedures by handling employee concerns and identifying any violation or breach of policies and conduct promptly and implementing sanctions accordinglyOffice Health and Safety ComplianceAssist in culture-building activities, events planning and implementation 

Performance Management

Ensure that reviews are conducted (e.g. probationary reviews, annual reviews) on time for all employeesMaintain monthly KPI reports and send out reminders to team leadersAdminister annual review testing to employeesEnsure the review scheduler is updated Prepare relevant documents for review sessionsSend out the Weekly Performance Reporting survey to leadersPrepare and issue letters related to performance (regularisation, termination, etc.)Create relevant reports as requestedSet up employee performance optimisation platform

Job Requirements / Qualifications :

At least 1-2 years of experience in HR Admin / Performance Management / Generalist / Recruitment / Employee Relations, etc.Preferably with experience in a fast-paced working environment and ability to work under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetailed and organisedCritical thinkingDisplays high level of professionalismMS Office SkillsExperience and proficiency with any HRIS system preferred
