The ROLE
As an HR Assistant, you will efficiently and effectively perform HR administrative tasks to help with the successful running of our busy and productive organisation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the performance management and review process is implemented. This would include scheduling reviews with employees, ensuring these reviews are completed, maintaining employee performance records, and generation of reports.
Full training will be provided on our systems and processes as well as continuous coaching and mentoring.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will gain new abilities and continuously develop professionally in order to perform other activities as required

Maintaining current HR files and databa
sesUpdating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar recordsMaintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actio

Job Requirements / Qualifications :
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR Admin / Performance Management / Generalist / Recruitment / Employee Relations, etc.Preferably with experience in a fast-paced working enviro
