Essential Job Functions: 

Ensures that accounts and are of assignment continue to grow in terms of scope, volume and sales;Provides promo of activities and store sell-in plans and discuss the opportunity to further grow the business;Provides and negotiates best deal programs;Plans and creates strategies to penetrate new accounts through distributors;Ensures that sales targets are achieved.

Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or any related field from a university;At least 2 years of successful sales background in a Consumer Goods industry;Candidates must have a thorough understanding and exposure to Key AccountsCandidates should have analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, leadership skills, willingness to mentor and develop talent, and the ability to thrive under pressure;Must have a driver’s license and is flexible to do field work.
