Implements Sales plans and strategies to achieve mo
nthly target.Coordinates and communicates Marketing promos and discounts to Team Members.Understands both the product and service needs for both walk-ins and enterprise Clients.Mo
nitors and ensures availability of the products carried by the Branch.Safeguards store operations by strict implementation of programs, operatio
nal policies and procedures.Identifies and adapts to current and future customer needs and requirements.Protects Employees and Customers by ensuring a safe and clean Store environment.Reinforces co
nfidentiality and security of files and databa
se.Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times.Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
University Degree of any four-year Business course.
At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor preferably in a Retail industry. Strong Leadership, Planning and Decision-Making Skills.
Negotiation and Customer Service Skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and keen to details.
Willing to be assign in SM TUGUEGARAO.
