• Proven 2 years of sales experience & customer service.
• Welcomes customers/clients to the club and answers queries.
• Experienced in cold calls, appointment setting, or follow-ups to sales leads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can promote the brand and services through social media platforms with relevant and timely content.
• Can manage and contribute to giving the best customer service experience to our members.
• Willing to work in a fitness facility with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) & sales budget.
