Job Description

Key Accounts Manager to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. He/She will responsible for obtaining and maintaining the long term customers by comprehending their requirements. The role requires of skills from closing sales and nurturing relationship to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities:

Acquire a thorough understanding of Key Customer needs and requirementsExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Sales relevant field At least 3-5 years as a Key Account’s ManagerExperience in providing solution based on customer needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational skillsExcellent in organization SkillsAbility to work accurately and independentlyExcellent analytical skills and an eye for detailOutstanding leadership and managerial skillsAbility to work to strict deadlinesWilling to assign at Mandaue, Cebu
